The privacy of your personal information and information about your pets is very important to us. This Notice describes how our practice may use and disclose personally identifiable information regarding you and your pets ("Information").

We will not sell or otherwise disclose your personally identifiable Information to any third party for marketing purposes. We may use and disclose your Information only in the following ways:

·         To provide, coordinate, and manage the care of your pets. For example, we may use and disclose Information if you need lab work or x-ray services that we do not provide.

·         To bill and collect payment for treatment and services provided to you. We may share portions of your Information, for example, to collection agencies, attorneys, consumer reporting agencies, and veterinarian care insurance companies and plans.

·         To manage our operations and business activities. For example, we may use your Information to identify and make improvements to our business operations, or to identify groups of pets with similar health problems. We may contact you with information about treatment, services or product options. We may also use outside consultants to help us improve our practice, and certain Information may be accessed by such consultants.

·         As required by law or for public health activities. For example, we may be required to report certain diseases to public health departments.

·         In a format where all personally identifiable information about you or your pet has been removed.

·         To provide you appointment, vaccination, and other reminders.

·         To the successor of our practice, if we were ever to sell our practice to another owner or veterinarian practice.

We may contract with third parties to provide services to our practice. When Information is disclosed to third parties for this purpose, then our contract with the third party will contain provisions and requirements that obligate the third party to maintain the privacy and security of the Information.

 

Refund/Return Policy:

To return or exchange any product, please contact our hospital within 30 days of the original purchase. No return will be considered after 30 days from the purchase date.

Most products may be returned for the full purchase price, less shipping. In the case of product replacement due to damage, defect or miss-ship, shipping charges will be waived.

·         When returning a product/requesting a refund, you will need to provide:

o        The product(s) description and quantity to be returned/credited.

o        The reason for return.

o        The order number and date of purchase.

Once we have the information we will determine whether to replace the product with like product or issue a refund/credit.

·         If a credit is issued, it will generally be credited back to your credit card within 2-5 business days of receipt of the returned product for the full purchase price (including tax) paid for the product(s).

o        Freight will not be credited, except when charged incorrectly or in case of supplier shipping errors.

 

Shipping Policy/Delivery Policy:

We currently use the following carriers: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), Federal Express (FedEx) and United Parcel Service (UPS). If you are trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. All prescription items must be authorized by a veterinarian before your order can be shipped. A prescription approval request will be sent to your veterinarian and you will be notified via email with the status of your order.

* Royal Canin shipments will be charged at $3.99 per shipment
**Perishable items are not included with this offer. Please note: We apologize, at this time we are unable to ship outside of the United States, or to Hawaii or Alaska. Only those items using the shipping method of USPS are able to ship to P.O. Boxes.
